Accomplished Texas Chef Gets to Work at Restaurant

The talented culinary team behind The Adolphus, Dallas, proudly welcomes Executive Chef Jeramie Robison to the City Hall Bistro team. After opening in the summer of 2017, the restaurant continues to garner local and national attention for its menus featuring dishes reflecting the vibrant coastal cuisine of Southern Europe.

Chef Robison brings his years of technique-driven culinary prowess to City Hall Bistro. Robison leads the kitchen serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch.

“City Hall Bistro has quickly become one of the city’s destinations for all-day dining,” says Adolphus General Manager of Food & Beverage Anthony Cournia. “Jeramie is a highly-regarded chef that is incredibly skilled and talented, so he’s a great fit as we continue to grow as a restaurant and as a team.”

The Ruston, Louisiana, native comes from a food-loving family that has encouraged his culinary proclivity from the beginning. After attending Johnson and Wales College of Culinary Arts in Denver, Robison went on to earn honors such as Star Chefs’ Rising Star Chef 2011 and Gayot’s Top 5 Rising Young Chefs U.S. 2011. Under the tutelage of acclaimed chefs such as David Burke and John Tesar, his career has taken him throughout Texas and New York City, training and cooking in a variety of disciplines and cuisines. Now, as the executive chef of City Hall Bistro, Robison builds upon his prolific work history.

City Hall Bistro serves breakfast 6:30 to 11 a.m. and lunch 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., dinner Sunday through Thursday from 5 to 10 p.m., dinner Friday and Saturday from 5 to 11 p.m., and weekend brunch until 3 p.m.
