Visit the One Boot Ranch for a rustic adventure on a real working ranch in Point, Texas, six miles east of Emory. A tiny house rental offers guests the chance to enjoy country life on almost 60 acres of secluded land yet is located near lakes and shopping.

The tiny house is large enough for three guests and includes one bedroom, one bathroom, a fully-stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer, and two lofts with extra beds. The kitchen includes everything guests need to cook and dine on site. The secluded property includes a fenced-in yard complete with raised garden beds, a fire pit, lawn chairs, and a BBQ grill.

Guests describe the tiny house as larger than expected and say the beds and sofa are comfortable. They also say their pets and children enjoy their stay at the ranch. Roughly 60 guests rated the experience with five stars on Air BnB for cleanliness, accuracy, communication, location, check-in, and value.

The ranch's primary business is raising and selling grass fed Wagyu cross beef cattle. Beef and eggs are both sold on site. The owners provide guided tours that allow guests to collect eggs and feed the cattle, chickens, llamas, and donkey. Proceeds from the tours go to feeding the animals.

One Boot Ranch sits next to a quiet country road between Lake Tawakoni and Lake Fork and is close to fishing and boating at the lakes and shopping in nearby Emory. Heritage Village, Rubye McKeown City Park, and Sandy Creek Park also offer family-friendly opportunities for recreation and exploration.

Evening and nighttime activities include watching sunsets, stargazing, and enjoying the fire pit under a wide view of the Milky Way Galaxy. The ranch offers a s'mores package which includes a lit campfire and marshmallows, chocolate, and graham crackers.
