Getaways Are a Given, Thanks to the Boat and RV Show

A winter weekend favorite returns January 18 through 20 to build on those vacation dreams for the entire family.

The East Texas Boat and RV Show opens that Friday at Longview’s Maude Cobb Convention Center. The show -- continuing Saturday and Sunday -- is an initiative of the Longview Chamber of Commerce.

This year marks 37 years, since 1982, that the East Texas Boat and RV Show has provided a great marketplace for those planning, hoping, or just dreaming of boat or RV ownership. Once again, the convention center at 100 Grand Boulevard will be filled with an extensive selection of campers, travel trailers, powerboats, luxury cruisers and fishing boats. Recreational vehicle, camper and watercraft dealers will be offering pre-season savings and event specials in a climate-controlled environment. The East Texas Boat and RV Show provides an easily accessible marketplace for potential buyers interested in the products offered by area dealers in the boating, camping and outdoor activities industries.

A Kids Adventure Camp will feature new attractions, too.

Discounted tickets are available online at www.BoatRVShow.com
