Texas Economic Development Council Presents Webinar

Texas Economic Development Council along with the Council of Development Finance Agencies present a webinar on Exploring Industrial Development Bonds in Texas from 10-11:30 a.m. March 11. 

Industrial development bonds (IDBs) are a low cost financing tool available to small- and mid-sized manufacturers. As interest rates recover from the recession, these bonds can play a key role in promoting development. This webinar will discuss IDB rules, credit enhancement, and market opportunities in Texas.  Experts will share basics of IDBs, cases studies and considerations for using this valuable tool in Texas.
